The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and every problem we had (transportation, needing extra bed space for the children) was handled by them so quickly. Additionally, our TV quit working and they had it working again within 10 minutes. Every time we walked through the lobby, we got a smile and a greeting. They truly made us feel like VIP.

The hotel is in really amazing condition, nearby the airport. Also, the hotel pool was outstanding and the hotel is big enough for probably close to 15 guests to be in at once with lots of room.

Everything was easy and comfortable. The pillows and comforters were perfect leading to a great night sleep. Staff and lobby area very welcoming. Fun to wake up and watch planes from the small balcony.

The atmosphere was very settle and family oriented. The entire hotel is clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. Me and my husband agreed to return. Oh and we booked the night of which was a Saturday :)

Perfect location and close to everything. The hotel is really nice and the staff couldn’t be nicer. As we were leaving the electricity went out so they came upstairs and carried our luggage down the stairs since the elevators were out.
